Not sure if hes military, police or even railroad (??) but hes fabulous. This is a print of a charcoal portrait that has some beautiful age to it. It does have some condition issues with the photo and frame. The bubble glass is intact with a few tiny scratches and the frame...wood...has some belmishes but....with Vintage Vibes....its all character. Measures 23in x 17in. Listed price is for local pick up.
